AUS-MEAT Export Licence
We have a license from AUS-MEAT who are responsible for establishing and maintaining National Industry Standards. To ensure that we remain at the forefront of the industry and technological advancements, our suppliers and we adhere to comprehensive quality assurance programs overseen by AUS-MEAT, which include strict food safety and hygiene control.
HACCP
HACCP is a food safety and risk assessment plan that stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points and outlines seven fundamental principles in food safety:

Hazard analysis is the initial process of identifying potential hazards that could occur at any stage of the food supply chain. Once the risks have been identified, controls to prevent, eliminate or manage them must then be designed and applied.
AQIS
Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) import and export inspection and certification are essential to maintaining Australia’s highly favourable animal, plant and human health status and access to export markets. Quarantine controls at Australia’s borders minimise the risk of exotic pests and diseases to protect Australia’s agriculture industries and environment.
